Unable to update Fitbit One's Firmware

The last update for the one didn’t work. Removed device and when I try and again I get the operation could not be completed (com.fitbit.http 0 error)

@gmr5874 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It is possible that your One unpaired from your account for some reason. 

 

I recommend pairing it again to your account. Once that is done, please perform a couple restarts on it.

 

The, try to do the update once again. That should help you out!

Hi thank you for responding to my inquiry. After updating my Fitbit one to the latest update 6.64 it would not sync to the Fitbit app on my iPhone. Now it has been wiped from the app and when I go and add new device, it comes up with (com.fitbit http 0 error).
