250 Steps discrepancy Charge 2 and App

Yet again my charge 2 stats for 250 steps an hour is not accurately syncing to App on iPhone.  Charge two indicates 7 of 8 and Fitbit app only shows 6 of 8.  I have rebooted everything with no success in correcting problem.  This seems to be happening at least once a week.  It is hard enough most days to get steps in VERY frustrating not to get credit for the steps!!

Let me help you with your reminders to move not showing correctly on the app and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persist then delete the reminders to move, save and sync and enable them again.
