My Charge 2 is blinking, buzzing every few minutes, has a disappearing upper display, and says it needs a charge. After charging, it is showing an empty battery with an exclamation mark.

It just started this a few days ago - any chance that a super sweaty Spin class wrecked the sensor?

I have reset the Fitbit three times; it has gotten most of the functions working, however the heart rate monitor still does not work. Are both green lights on the back of the Fitbit supposed to be at the same intensity? One is quite dim.

@SunsetRunner thank you for the update.

This doesn't sound normal. I suggest you turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again.

Keep me posted.

Hello:

I have reset the heart rate monitor - it seems to be working again. The Fitbit is still acting strange - the top part of the display has faded, and the device buzzes as it cycles through the various displays for about three seconds. May simply be time to replace it.

Mark.
