My fitbit says I have no contacts in my phone and it won't connect to Facebook. I can't add friends.

@princessnoeleen It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

 

Let me help you adding friends on your Fitbit app. When using your phone contacts, the contacts need to have an email attached as this is what it is used to look for Fitbit accounts that you can add as friends. Regarding Facebook you will need to link both accounts. Start by revoking any previous access by going to the third party apps area via the website. After this log out, restart your phone and log back in. You can now retry linking both accounts.
