Sleep Score Changed

My sleep score has improved significantly. Has there been a change in the marking criteria or am I just sleeping better?

@seaniz Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your sleep score. This is based on the detected sleep data so if you increase the time you sleep, move less, have been more relaxed (lower heart rate in general) then your score may improve you. You can read more about this here and see how it applies to your current sleep schedule.

My current sleep score with similar time awake, REM and deep sleep from November is 10 points higher now.  Has the formula changed?

I am sure it has . Surprised more people have not commented or Fitbit have not explained why.
