Active minutes are not shown on dashboard

Today I got13,500 steps and walked 10 km which both show up on my dashboard. (iPhone). My Fitbit indicates 93 active minutes, but 0 minutes show up on the dashboard and I can’t even see how to synch it. Is there something I can do?  This is my third Charge 2 which I looked for all over the place as I basically like it and don’t want to go the 3, but every now and then, it does something crazy that I can’t fix!
