Adding additional fitbit

I purchased an additional Charge 3 to add to my account.  I typically use my older Fitbit for yard work, etc. (I have an older Charge HR) I was told by "Customer Service" that I can not add the new Charge 3 without deleting the current one.  It only allows "Replace current Charge 3" on the screen. Has anyone found a solution?

Hi @Gamesray  there is no way to have both on your account at the same time. The only thing that has worked is to swap from the Charge HR to the Charge 3 by replacing it as a new device each time. It takes a bit more planning, but it can be done. Sync and remove the Charge HR to an area out of range while you set up the Charge 3. When you're ready to swap back, repeat the process. It works, but there is no other way to achieve what you want.

I just added a Charge3 to my account that has a Charge2 and a One.  I use older models when I do grungy stuff too.  Don't have any problem except I can't turn off the Charge2 like I do with the One.

Thanks for your quick response.  Unfortunately, users can add additional fitbits of different models but not the same model.  I'm returning the new Charge 3.
