All-Day-Sync broke again with latest Android app update

All day sync no longer working, always have to do a manual refresh.  When i unlock my phone, my floors climbed goes to -1.  WHAT?!?!?!. The all day sync always gets screwed up with the updates.  Don't your coders know anything about QAT???  Can you fix this issue in less than your standard 2-3 week time frame where you first have to even acknowledge that there is a problem and then go in and fix the code AND THEN send it out for update???

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing all day. Lets try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
