Another Charge 3 Screen issue

Need help with charge 3. I've read through a lot of forums trying to figure it out to no avail. 3 days ago, display won't turn on. I've tried reboot by holding button while on charger several times. It would vibrate when hitting the button, a second or so later, vibrate again. Never a smiley face or anything else after multiple attempts. Today, when I push the button, it is non stop it vibrating and nothing on the face. It still counts steps and syncs.Although syncing is coming up with occasional errors. I've tried changing clock faces too. Please help.
