Hello, my FitBit app starting has started logging me out every 12 hours or so. Started happening last week. I thought the issue might be related to the fact that I hadn't upgraded to iOS 11.0.2, but I subsequently upgraded and that didn't fix the problem.
How can I stay logged in? I didn't have this problem over ~4 months of intensive usage

It might be that you're being affected by a known bug that's affecting some people. Keep an eye on the first post in the following thread that has the latest updates from fitbit:

I still have this problem. Have upgraded iOS but doesn't seem to help
Having same issue....
Best AnswerThis currently is an issue on iOS that is being looked into by the developers.
No idea of what OS you guys use.
@1stephen5 I would try again maybe type the password into something else then copy/paste
Best AnswerThis is happening to me too. I note that Fitbit post a message at the end of each month stating that their ‘technical team’ is looking into it. Meanwhile, 7 months later and no progress.... Might be quicker to hire a new technical team....
Best Answerthis keeps happening to me now. I don't know I'm logged out until I go to check activities and see zeros when I have to log back in. Extremely frustrating. If it doesn't get resolved I will switch brands. Fed up!
IN SPITE OF ALWAYS CLICKING REMEMBER ME AT LOGIN I'M BEING FREQUENTLY LOGGED OUT. If I switch off Chrome overnight, the PC app in WIN7 (from the UK) is SOMETIMES till there when I reopen chrome in the morning, BUT OFTEN NOT. I mentioned it on the Community, many months ago - and not only did nothing happen - IT'S NOW GETTING WORSE. My comparatively long email address is now no-longer even held in a clickable buffer, so I have to type the whole thing in again each time, as well as the password (which I've simplified to save time). GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!
