App not working

I can log into my account via the website but for the app log in says password incorrect,if I choose forgot password it says sorry there is an error and then freezes so now I can’t use the app.

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not working. Which phone and which OS version is it running? If it is an Android device then go to settings > apps > Fitbit and delete the apps cached data. Restart your phone too. If the issue persist (regardless of platform) then uninstall and reinstall the app.
