Hi.

I'll be honest that I dont use the app very often probably once weekly to fortnightly but when I have done it always syncs with my charge 2. I've tried to use the app just to check on my progress and it wont sync just says device not found after about 20-30 seconds. any ideas please? Thank you in advance.

Use every day, rarely take it off charge 2 can’t find device
