BMR seems nuts.

I am a 5'5 190lb woman. Before today my doing nothing calories were 5-6 per 5min, today they're 2 per 5min. The only thing that changed was yesterday I updated my weight from just over 190 to just under. Why has my fitbit gone insane?

Check again what you entered for your weight.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
