Hi all
Since I did an app update, I’ve noticed that error message about a banned IP address.
this happens when I’m connected to my wifi. I’m Not using any VPN.
I’ve already tried deleting the app, rebooting, well everything really.
This is causing me so much anxiety seeing that I cannot solve this issue but to hop on to my mobile data (which is unstable in certain locations).
HELP.

Let me help you with your Banned IP error message. This could be related to the ip assigned by your isp. Allow 48 hours to see if the ip can connect after this timeframe. Also please share a screenshot of the error message you get on your app.

Hi,
I can't seem to upload images here.
But anyway, I got my ISP to sort this out by changing my IP to a 'public' server instead of a 'private' one, as it was limiting even other corporate work sites from being loaded.
This seemed to have fixed the problem.
Just for the record, it was an Error 1006 Acess Denied that I kept getting.
