Hello @Chhoni, welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for trying the instructions, however I'd like to make sure that you already tried these steps:

  1. Clean the charging contacts on the back of your tracker to ensure they stay bronze or gold in color. To do so:
    - Use a toothpick or a toothbrush with rubbing alcohol.
    - Make sure not to scrape the contacts with a wire brush or anything metal, since this can damage   the plating and cause corrosion.
    - If you use a toothbrush, dry with a cloth or tissue before charging.

  2. Clean the pins on your charging cable. To do so:
    - Soak a cotton swab with alcohol and press the swab to the pins carefully.
    - Make sure that no debris from the swab is left behind.
  3. If you haven't done so, try a different port. A UL-certified wall charger will also work. Don't use a USB hub.

  4. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your tracker to the charging cable. For illustrations and tips on how to know if the connection is secure, see How do I charge my tracker?

  5. Last but not least, restart the Charge HR following the steps posted by @AlejandraFitbit.

If you already tried them and is not working, please let me know so I can investigate this further.

I'll be around. Cat Happy

Hey @Ieux2 and @Chhoni, it's nice to see you both here. Cat Wink

@Ieux2 if your Fitbit is not even turning on I suggest plugging it to the charger for 1 hour and then restart it following these instructions. If it does not work after the steps, please let me know.

@Chhoni thank you for confirming these troubleshooting, I've been in touch with our Support Team and noticed that you already worked with them on your Charge HR and you're getting now a replacement tracker.

If you have time please check our Discussions board where you will find other members sharing their experiences and tips for an active lifestyle.

See you around.

Good Day

My fit bit charge 2 cease charging at 4:57 am this morning.  I've tried all your recommendations, uninstalled and reinstalled my fitness app (twice) and still nothing.  All I'm seeing on the screen display of my fit-bit device is

"www.fitbit.com/set up."

Any assistance to rectify this situation will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
