My Charge 2 now thinks I’m on a bicycle when riding the motorcycle and doesn’t register any steps or recognize when I’m on the bicycle. It used to do this quite well. How do I get this sorted back out?

@TinaDn Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your activity recording. You can delete this activity and enter the correct one on your account. Still you can try wearing your device on your dominant hand but select that hand as non dominant on the device’s settings to make it more sensitive to movement.
