Hello,
I started learning to swim a few months ago. Doing breastroke or backstroke, I do 50 lengths in a 21 metre pool in 1 hour, which adds up to 1050 metres total. When I put this into my Charge 2 app, it automatically shows I burned 208 calories. Does this seem accurate?

@Nishnash Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your swimming activities. This will depend on the intensity of the activity you are doing and can vary greatly depending on your body type and status (you could be a fit athlete that won't require too much effort to do this activity or the opposite). Still if you believe this isn't accurate you can try an online calorie calculator (you can google them) and enter this information on your account.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your reply. I am 5'2 and weigh 62 kg. I swim 3 times a week (since April 2019) and play badminton for fun twice a week. I feel like I use a lot of effort when I am swimming as I have very little strength in my arms, but I wouldn't say I am swimming with the maximum effort. I have tried online calculators and they vary from 200 calories to 400 calories.
