Bike tracking Google gps doesn't work no more

At frist my bike route was tracked with Google Maps and GPS, and integrated in the Fitbit software  (like Strava).

Now it only tracks heartbeat and time, so annoying. I want to actually see where I biked. Please can someone help? (Off course my GPS is on, when biking).

@SunsetRunner thank you for your continued effort to solve this and sorry for the late reply. Please let me know if the Support team has any tips to resolve the GPS issue and hopefully they will be able to get you back on track.

Hi Alvaro,

The helpdesk did help me with the problem, but we haven't found a solution, so now the tracker is returned to the reseller. Thank you for your help and patience.
