Have charge2. Screen has gone black. Looked up other messages and a possibility is to enter settings through settings. Need first to reconnect with app. All able to find states the 4 digit pin required appears on screen while pairing
If screen is black, how cant we find. Is there another way or an overriding pin number to start the process. Second. On the charge 2 with changing clock face work

Welcome to the Community @DV17. Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen not working.To set it up you will need to enter the 4 digit code and you can't bypass this step. Also clock face change works on newer devices but it isn't really a troubleshoot for the Charge 2. What you can do is restart your device to see if this helps resolve the issue.
