The screen is black. I have tried a long restart but it is black. So it vibrates but never lights up. Please help

The first thing that you can try is to charge the watch to its full potential. Often a Fitbit screen turns pitch black in case the battery is down. While charging, always try to use a proper charging cable without any damage. On top of that, always try to charge the watch from a wall plug point
