My device has turned completely black. It started after the last update. It got dim and very hard to see anything, had to turn the lights off! Tried the steps recommended in other posts but it didn't help. Tried changing "clock" and noticed black lines in the white of the screen. I haven't used it for a while because I can't see anything. Tried it again now but the screen is completely black. The 15 second hold-thing doesn't work, no buzzing!

Found out the device was put into the sleep option, if you plug it in, hold the button ..in a dark room..and the sleep option should be visible, touch that. Worked for me. You and I aren’t the only ones..

The last time I could see anything on the screen, the sleep mode was not activated. Now I don't get ANY light to see anything on the screen. So i don't even get to check or try... 🙄
