Blank Screen After Charging

I charged my battery on the Charge 2 just like any other tome the battery gets low. When it was charged, the screen was all gumbled and could'nt read the screen. It was tracking on steps per the app. Then the screen went blank and I can't get the display back. I tried restting by holding button in for multiple periods of time with no luck. I let the battery run out and recharged it and the screen is still blank. Is there a workaround to get the screen working again?

Same thing happened to me, no luck on anything. It seems to be tracking on my phone, but the battery is not charging ok,but is much shorter.
