This is my second Charge 3. The first one had to be replaced due to it not working properly.
This one now has a blank black screen and nothing i am doing seems to help. i have tried re-setting it by plugging it in. it still has the green light and vibration. It has over 50% charge and it is still syncing with my phone, but i miss my watch face and seeing everything on the actual watch. I cant find the area to chat with customer support like i have done in the past.

yea i have tried that too. it just stopped working out of nowhere last night.
