This morning my Fitbit display randomly reflected so it was backwards.  I took it off so I could reset it when I got home.  When I went to reset it, the display was completely black.  I tried to reset it several times, by plugging it in and holding the button.  I felt it vibrate and the green lights on the back still work, but the screen is still black.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 screen and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Besides trying @SunsetRunner suggestion I want to add that you can let our Support team know about this issue since the restart didn't work. I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
