Have had my Charge 3 for a month. This afternoon the screen doesn't show up when I press the side button. It is fully charged and is still vibrating and syncing with my app. I have tried restarting it as suggested here, but no success. Any thoughts?

Thank you Fitbit for honoring your warranty. After I spoke with your support team, you acknowledged my issue and sent me a replacement within a couple of days. I now can enjoy my Charge 3 as I did before the screen issue. It's great to know there are reputable companies who care about their products and customers.

I did all of the above, start and restart, change the face multiple times and still nothing. For the huge amount of money I paid for the Fitbit this is ridiculous! What else can I do to fix this? I basically have a paperweight on my wrist!

I am having the same issue as many users are describing. I have tried restarting and changing the face clock but still a blank face. The tracker is still working like it did (counting steps, alarms, etc) but no display on the tracker. Please help

I have had my charge 3 since 6/19. I tried your suggestion of changing clock faces and it hasn't fixed the blank face. Do you have another suggestion? Like the original post, my charge is still sinking and collecting data but the screen is blank.

A couple of days ago my fitbit charge 3 began switching between settings on the face. I hooked it to the charges and reset it and it began working normal. About an hour ago the face went blank. I again hooked it to the charger and reset it several times and still no face. I changed the face of the charge 3 on the app and it showed it worked however no face. I tried restarting again and still no face. Any suggestions? I'm unable to do a factory reset as I have no face. I have a macbook pro computer and an Apple iPhone

I had this same exact problem. I followed the instruction to change the clock face and that didn’t work. So I unpaired my Charge 3 because it had a blank screen (after fully charging) and nothing was working. It would buzz when button wasn’t depressed. I’ve tried the long restart and the clock face change and nothing works. The watch vibrates but there is no display. So I can’t even pair it up again with my iPhone cause I can’t see the 4 digit code that shows in the display to type in my iPhone. please help

Spoke to Fitbit customer service after trying EVERYTHING and they told me I needed to purchase another Fitbit as mine was broke. Luckily Fitbit offered me a discount and I was able to purchase another one
