Blank screen and random vibrations.

I have a charge 3 and I can’t get it to do anything but vibrate when I push the button on the side of it. I plugged it up last night and it showed a smiley face.

Got it off the charger this morning and it continues to have a black screen but still vibrates when I push the side button.

I tried to change the clock face- as I read that was suggested in another forum, but I can’t get it to sync without it being able to connect to Bluetooth. So at this point it won’t sync so I can’t
trouble shoot anything or try to make any adjustments to fix it.....
It still has a black screen and does nothing but vibrate when I press the
button on the side. 

 

I bought the warranty when I bought the Charge 3, if I need to just get a new one!

 

Please let me know what I need to do.

this has happened to me a couple times, the first time it was as simple as changing the clock face. Last night i connected charger to usb, change the clock face, off/on the bluetooth, shut off phone, restarted app. didnt work. so i set it aside until 20 min, ago. replugged it into usb, and now it works. goodluck.
