I did a very imported exercise so I brought my Fitbit charge 2 whit me, but I forgot to turn on the Bluetooth on my phone and now I can’t find the data from my exercise on my phone.

So I wonder it there is a way to get the memory form the exercise on the Fitbit over to my phone when I forgot to turn on the Bluetooth while exercising?

It is very important fore me to get the data so please someone answer🙏

Hi @SannaHansen  and welcome.

Yes, you can just perform a sync later, to get the data into the phone app. The phone doesn't need to be around while exercising. You can even wait a few days between syncs to get the data over. Just note that the longer you go in between syncs, the sync will take longer to finish. But you'll be fine waiting a few hours or even days to get the data to the app.
