My Charge stopped syncing with my iphone 7. Its not the phone - it pairs with other devices with no issue. I tried going through the windows app on my desktop and there is an error message telling me to turn on the bluetooth on my device. I don't know how to do this and don't know how it got turned off. It started out of the blue yesterday

Since the glitch on Sunday, I continue to have issues with syncing with the ohone . Charge 2 resets each day but no record of steps. Bluetooth is on and restarted several times still will not sync

Plug your tracker in to charge, then hold the button down for about 10 seconds while still charging. You'll feel it vibrate when it restarts.
