So disappointing...
The minute I buy a new Fitbit Inspire for a family member (which had a lot of problems out of the box - wouldn't install the update so I had to add it to my account before it would work) then, all of a sudden, my own older Fitbit Charge HR stops working... It's clear that this is one of those built in software 'updates' that kills the older tech so that the companies can force you to buy more - Apple was caught in such a scam and I'm sure Fitbit will be next. Might look into it myself with this device.
Sigh.
Fitbit - any advice or will you send me a new Charge HR? The one I have shows fully synced and updated with a full battery in the app, but it won't turn on, just shows the dreaded empty battery with exclamation point... come on Fitbit. Don't make me return my recent purchases and share this story widely on my social media...

Im pretty sure this is what is not happening.
Did the Charge HR get removed from your account when you added the other??? Something to look into
Some devices do not play well together
The inspire might need its own account
