I would be interested to know if your Charge was like mine... worked perfectly until one week after warranty expired then: constantly failing to sync, losing 20 minutes of time overnight. I went through all of the steps outlined about reboots from menu, reboots by button, forget device and reregister for bluetooth, uninstall app and reinstall, reboot phone, reboot ipad, trying a different device to sync. No joy. It appears to work, but then goes again.
Just did an exercise session and found that my Charge 3 did not log it. Bizarrely, the sync worked though!
Doh!
