Has anyone had a problem with Charge 2 burning their wrist?  This happened with my first Charge but I thought the problem had been solved.

Hi,  I have had the same issue since last week, I thought I had splashed something on the strap ( which is fine) but I have a nasty burn on my wrist under where the strap was. And have had to stop wearing my fit bit for the first time in 2 years to give my arm time to heal.

I do wish that Fitbit would reply to this post directly. I think that is my next step as they must have some answer.. this is my second burn from two different Charge Fitbits.

It's the lights the two green lights and the square panel. I thought it was a rash but after getting it looked at my skin was actually burned. When you start to notice hot tingling feeling need to take of . It will take off your hair and leave a fitbit tattoo

That is exactly what happened to me. I could feel it burn and it left my skin shiny. This happened twice and they finally just refunded half the price of my fitbit. I still miss it though.
