I have been using my fit bit for about 8 months now and I noticed that today it is making a random little buzz noise now and then. It seems to be happening more regularly as the day is going on. Any thoughts on how to fix it?

@AshleyMM Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Could this be the reminders to move alarms? Have you notice at what time does this happens or is it randomly? Check the following buzzes and let me know at what time do they happen. In the mean time please restart your tracker few times by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
Let me know how it goes!

Definitely not the reminders to moves. Like I mentioned, I have been using it for some time now and this is more like a tiny buzz not a vibration at all.

@AshleyMM sorry for the delay, since the issue wasn't fixed by restarting it and you know it isn't a normal behavior I suggest you contact our Support Team for further assistance. They are able to review your tracker's data and provide options for you.

@Msbeans if this is the case check if you don't have any alarms set at the incorrect time (for example set at 2 AM instead of 2 PM).

@SaraPoCo Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Thank you for restarting the tracker following my previous instructions. Have you check the Reminders to move and alarms set on your tracker? Are any of these active? What time are they active for? Have you noticed this happening at a certain time or just randomly?
I look forward to your reply!
