Problems since firmware update 22.22.55.2

carried out the firmware update and now Charge 2 not working. Just has a white circle with a tick through it on the face 😞 I have turned off my bluetooth, logged out of Fitbit and restarted my phone...but that hasn't cleared it. any advice please?

Try rebooting it.

put it in a charger so its charging then hold the side button for four seconds.  It should show a fitbit logo when it has rebooted.

AJeff, that reboot procedure resets it for most problems FYI 😉

when i update also hv that problem ，now fitbit screen just show a line like in update， i charger it and bless long time for restart， my fitbit hv shake but no come out the fitbit logo

Same thing with Fitbit HR 2.

Bright light with white circle in display. I have tried rebooting it several times. It is on the charger now

HR 2 ...Same problem here.  Anything else can I try.  Tried rebooting turning off notifications, heart rate still will not work properly.  Light stays on!  HELP!  I am so disappointed in this watch.  I used to love it do much.
