My only suggestion would be to do as I did and Google it. I know it sounds a bit of a cop out, but it worked for me. Good luck.

I have tried four times to uninstall my Charge 2 so I could reinstall it, but it freezes up my computer part way through and I end up having to cut the power to my computer to make the uninstall box go away. I won't try it again. I'm so frustrated and will probably end up buying another brand watch once I can get out to shop for one.

I’m so sorry you are having so many problems. I too have been very disappointed with Fitbit and am considering looking for an alternative. They blamed an iPhone update originally but have clearly been inundated with new purchases and their systems couldn’t cope. Good luck.
