My son tried to set up my new fitbit charge HR.After a while he called the number and talked for almost an hour to a lady who could not speak english very well at all, and she kept putting him on hold.After about an hour my son he would call back latter and hopefully talk to someone else instead of her.Can tou get employees who can speak english and who are not as dumb as a rock?This lady was no help at all.Very frustrated.
