Love my Fitbit but hate that my screen has cracked down the middle. I have not dropped it or done anything weird just put it in charge and woke up to a cracked screen. It seems to have warped and now I cannot read the time etc. still works and syncs to phone but cannot use it as a watch 😢 Seems to be a common occurrence with these watches. Can you get the screen replaced?

Good idea to check into the screen protectors. Thanks for the suggestion.

General thought is it will just have to be replaced at some point. There was a suggestion to get a screen protector to preserve the screen until the product dies. I'm going to check into this option since my fitbit still works perfectly well.

Hi
No - I am still within warranty.
What I need to know is if fitbit will replace the screen while it is still in warranty free of charge?

Wow, i guess that is why the numbers that display my time is disappearing. This is my 3rd fitbit. Customer service offered me the same 25% of discount but i neglected to tell them about the cracked screen.

I love my Fitbit 2, but the screen is broken and I contacted customer service/support, because I have had my Fitbit 2 for more then a year, it is not under warranty anymore ,so the only thing they can do is offer a 25% discount. I am on disability and can’t afford to buy a new one even with the discount. This was a gift from my children. So disappointed.
I went back in to ask to ask for s copy of the conversation and they kept telling me they couldn’t get it, after 5 days of writing emails back and forth I finally got a copy of it. But I am so disappointed with Fitbit!

Seeing this is a multi million company and if there is issues with their product, they should fix them. It seems there is definitely a malfunction issue with there product.

@RicardoFitbit, i already contacted fitbit customet support team and ky charge 2 is out of warranty. The only thing they were able to offer me was a 25% off discount which does not apply fitbits already on sale. My charge 2 is my last Fitbit purchase which i made in 2017. I am just going to wear it until it dies before getting something different. Last year i purchased my mom the Fitbit Versa and i will see how long it last her. I will update.
