Love my Fitbit but hate that my screen has cracked down the middle. I have not dropped it or done anything weird just put it in charge and woke up to a cracked screen. It seems to have warped and now I cannot read the time etc. still works and syncs to phone but cannot use it as a watch 😢 Seems to be a common occurrence with these watches. Can you get the screen replaced?

Fitbit's reply was that they would give me a 25% discount only on this same faulty product. Yeah right who wants to go through this again???? I wouldn't even want the charge 3 because I don't believe that they really fixed the problem. Have had several of their products with band problems and they haven't fixed that yet. Really such a shame because I found their product useful. I am done with Fitbit and I'm buying an Apple Watch.

Mine is cracked just like that and I was told basically to bad it's out of warranty. That is the same thing they told me when my first one just completely died. That is the same thing they told me with my scale that will not stay connected to the Wi-Fi. It is amazing that that crack is in the exact same place almost the exact same length as mine.

I have now read many posts with same issue. I can’t believe have to add my complaint to this list and there is no satisfaction from Fitbit! My screen was fine earlier today; it’s been on my wrist with no blows or bumps and now-CRACKED SCREEN! What’s up with this? We all need some solution that does not involve buying a new one! I expected mine to last for years!

I think we all have to accept that Fitbit does not stand by its products and will do nothing for all the customers who have experienced the cracked screen on the Charge 2. Clearly Fitbit products are not worth the money.

If you can come up with something to force Fitbit to make good on these devices, we are all ears!
I finally got a refund from Costco for my Fitbit. They understood the problem and where willing to offer me a full refund for my purchase.
Will never buy another Fitbit and hope everyone gets the word out to tell others to do the same.
Maybe then, it will get the attention of Fitbit.

Hey Fitbit. Jump in and address this issue at any time. That sound you're hearing is customers running away. I'd love a customer-friendly resolution.

That's perfect service from Costco! Hope Fitbit will take it as an example or at least develops the new ones with better screen.

No. Bought mine about 18 months ago. As long as I had all the original components ( charger. Two straps & watch) they refunded my original cost

I'm glad you got satisfaction from costco. I bought mine from Kohl's- I don't know what their policy is. Fitbit just came out with the charge 3. I wonder if it's made the same way. This is really a shame. I had one from a few years back that stopped charging. That one was still under warranty so they did replace it. The replacement only lasted a couple months and then that stopped charging. They would not replace that one because the warranty was only on the original one. What a bunch of stuff. Definitely poor customer service.

Well I have the same problem. Just over one year when same crack happened all by itself. Knowing about the suport my husband chose Samsung. I was considering getting the HR3, but have reconsidered due to Fitbit not owning up to a known defect,oh and knowing they continued to sell them, and now finding out the crack was most likely not my fault and Fitbit does not have integrity to own up to known defects after the one year mark. Sadly I will have to chose another brand along with my husband. Fitbit you have really blown it on this one.

Mine cracked because of aggressive gardening 6 months ago. 4 cracks. I swim 500 meters 4 times a week and hot tub or pool time the others. No issues .

Mine did the same thing. It was after a year. As I live in UK I had two year warranty. I spoke to them Wednesday and have a new pebble today, Saturday. Super service hope this one doesn't crack.

Unfortunately Fitbit would only give a discount in discontinued products I just finished reading hr3 reviews on a stores website. Seems to be a whole new set of problems with it. I willNOT buy from Fitbit again!
