Since the overhaul of the app, I have been able to set my alarm by going into the Account section of the app, tapping on my Charge 2 and then finding the Alarm from there. However, as of yesterday, when I tap the Charge 2, the app stalls for a moment and then goes back to the main dashboard screen. This means I cannot change or delete my alarm, other than silencing it on my actual Charge 2. Please advise.

@CityGent, I had a similar problem and the only way I could sort it out was to uninstall the app, turn off phone for a minute or two, turn on phone, reinstall app, then turn the phone off and on again. For some reason actually turning the phone off as opposed to a restart seems to settle things in better.
Anyway, good luck.

Let me help you with setting up your alarms. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Thanks - the uninstall/reinstall process worked! Still can’t get the firmware update to download properly after two months, but that’s less of an issue...

@CityGent, if you're talking about the firmware update for the charge 2. I would treat that with extreme caution. If you look at the threads about this in the charge 2 forum you'll see a lot of people who have updated have had their trackers rendered useless. Also fitbit have tried to evade the issue that they broke them.
At present I haven't risked it.
