I have had my charge 2 for almost 2 yrs I have not had a problem with it until now. The problem I have has not been fixed my restarting my charge 2 because I have done that already. It worked fine for a week but now is doin the same thing.
The problem is that I will start the Run workout on my charge 2 an at several different times it will stop working on it's own. How I know this is when I look down at the charge 2 during the work out it's on the home screen. I restart the Run work out an shortly into the work out the same thing has happened. It has done this more than once and I would like some resolutions to this issue because I use my fitbit to log my workouts as far as time, heart rate, and possible calories burned. It helps to keep me motivated to keep going so if I cannot get this issue resolved then I may lose the motivation to keep going.
