I have the charge 2 and when I synced this evening (I synced multiple times today no problems) it erased my steps for today 😭 anybody have this problem!?

Let me help you with your missing steps. Have you logged any activities recently? Or do you have any third party apps linked to your account? You can try restarting your device and see how it behaves. You can manually log your activity so you have a record on your account.
