The app on huawei p20 lite says down for maintenance but I can access it on my Samsung tablet. #confused. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothings happening. Won't open the app. Help?

@Pamee Thanks for joining us! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with you accessing your Fitbit app and than you for troubleshooting this issue. Make sure that the app has the necessary permissions on your phone (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and also restart your phone.
