Can't download October's data

Hi

 

I've tried several times over the last few days to download my data for October however I keep getting the message 'something went wrong'.

 

It worked out last month when I downloaded September's.

 

Any advice would be appreciated.

@ken2702 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your data export. This is odd. Start by clearing cache and cookies on your web browser, after this retry the data export. Also try using Firefox or Chrome.
