I got a message to update the App. -That It won’t sync until it updates. I click on the update button and it takes me to the App Store but there’s no update to be had. Suggestions?

Let me help you updating your Fitbit app. This is odd. Could you share a screenshot of both of the messages you are seeing on your phone? Try simply restarting your phone. If the issue persist then uninstall and reinstall the app.
