I have a Charge 2 which is my second Fitbit, my first one died and would not charge up. now my second one has done the same. they all seem to do this after around two years service which is unacceptable. unless Fitbit sort this out satisfactorily I will not be buying a third and I will be doing all I can through social media and my family and friends to discourage anyone else from buying a one. one very dissatisfied customer.

@Zelda2015 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't charging. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.
Let me know how it goes.
