The university has given me a Fitbit Charge 2 for a project. The device is not new and was used before by someone else. The problem is I cannot set it up and I cannot pair it using bluetooth. I use a laptop Windows 10, 64-bits.

I will gladly assist you setting up your Charge 2 on your Windows 10 computer. Please restart your Charge 2 and retry the setup process. If the issue persist then try these suggestions.

I have tried all of the suggestions and still I cannot set up the device. It just does not pair with the laptop. I use a Dell Latitude 5290 (notebook).
