My charge 2 cant sync with iphone 7,it show error 403, i tried uninstall and reinstall,restart my phone still cant sync pls help tnx

@Kissthesky A warm welcome to our Community!!! Please restart your phone again then restart your tracker by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
Now go to the bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there then go to the Fitbit app and retry syncing them (it should start automatically when you open the app).
Also try syncing while only on wifi or only using mobile data (turn off the other connection).
Also what does your app says it was the last time your tracker synced? Do you see the tracker on the app?

I'm having the same problem. I removed the device from my phone and now when I try to set it up I get the error 403. When I try to set up the device on my PC and click on settings it just takes me to a blank page.
