Hello! For some reason I am getting emails that a friend is inviting me to challenges, but they are not showing up in the app. I think this started when I got a new phone and it seems to be effect one particular friend.

 

I also don't get call notifications despite it being turned on. 

 

Any thoughts? Thanks!

It's odd that you're not getting the invitation only from one of your friends, I'd like to start by making sure the phone you're using is compatible with the Fitbit application, then uninstall and reinstall the app, restart your phone and tell your friend to send you the invitation again.

 

For the inconvenience with the call notifications I suggest following the instructions I posted here and also restart your Charge HR.

I have the same problem, but it is only one invitation given two days ago. Can't find it anywhere. I'll be watching for an answer here...same phone for me, nothings changed.
