Challenges not updating

My charge 2 will Sync to the App but isn't updating my challenges ?? How can this be fixed?

Hello @rusty1174 thanks for bringing this to my attention, welcome to the Community Forums. My apologies for the delay in responding your post.

 

Seems odd that your challenges are not updating. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Which mobile device you're currently using? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device
  3. Make sure that your mobile device operating system is up to date
  4. Reboot your mobile device
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app
