How do I change the clock face on my Charge 4 so it's displayed differently?

The directions are great, they do work once you realize that all of this has to be done on a mobile device (iPad, tablet, phone).  You can't get there from your computer.  Please update the information to indicate that a mobile device is needed to complete the process.  Thank you!

Also, the dark clock face background is impossible to see in sunlight.  Please, please, please add a clock face with a light background with black lettering to make this watch usable in sunlight.
