My HR tracks 9-6 hourly activilty and thats not good for me. I wake at 5:30 and work till 3:30 and would like to track from 6 AM to 6 PM. How can I change it?
I really wish there were more customisations for the "hourly" set goals.
For example with my former Jawbone Up3 I could say I want to make at least 1000 steps every 2 hours.
Especially for people working a desk job its really not possible to make 250 steps each hour, I doubt the boss would agree for me to leave my workplace every hour just to get my 250 steps haha. So a little more customisation for this function would make it a lot more usefull.
Mine has gone back two hours this morning. It was set for 8am to 4 pm and now it is 6am to 2pm. The clock however has gone back one hour and is correct.
Best AnswerSince the time changed my step range has changed from 8am-9pm to 9am-10pm. When I try to edit the hours the changes do not stay. I saw the note about resynching the device but that doesn’t work either. What do I do now?
This may be an iPhone issue—when I looked in settings (General/Date and Time), I found that the time was not correct. When I changed it to the correct time, it now believes it’s Dublin time (not Eastern Standard).
Best AnswerDo you know how to fix the issue if I set mine for a certain time but then it tries to fix it. For example I keep trying to set mine from 09:00-20:00. But when I hit done it reverts to 08:00-19:00. How can I fix this?!
Best AnswerI have a android and it won't let me change the start time on the hourly activity, Fitbit charge 4, they need to fix this problem AS
